It is with heavy hearts that we again have to cancel this years event.

Due to this weeks unprecedented rainfall and floods the venue's ground are sodden to a point that they won't cope with the vehicle and foot traffic that the All Holden Day weekend brings.

We don't see the venue recovering in the next few weeks to be able to support the AHD event.

We also note that our dedicated volunteers from the RFS SES and other services who are currently helping out with floods in the Hawkesbury district and will be for the next few weeks. This includes the now cancelled 2022 AHD weekend. Their services are needed elsewhere to support flood victims with recovery and clean-up duties.

The AHD committee has agonised over this for the last two days, and have had to make the call to cancel the event.

As there are no available weekends to reschedule the event before the end of year, the choice has been made to again cancel and move the 35th event to the usual scheduled date to the first weekend in August 2023.

All current paid entrant places will be fully refunded starting Monday the 11th July.

After 34 AHD events the last 30 at Hawkesbury Showgrounds, we can't believe our bad run of luck - we would appreciate it if everyone could cross their fingers until August 2023.
