This is a 2 day event where SA Adelaide Holden HSV group will meet up with Victoria Melbourne Holden HSV group for a annual meet on 5th September 2020 with the return on 6th September.

All Holden’s HSV’s are welcome.

Departure point for Adelaide SA group is: Bunnings Munno Para West just of the northern expressway.

We will advise you with the exact departure point for the Melbourne Victoria group shortly too.

SA will depart at 9am on 5th September 2020 and Vic group will depart at 10am from their departure points then both groups will make their cruise to Portland Victoria which is approx 4hours trip for Melbourne group and 5 hours trip for Adelaide group via A1 Princess HWY with occasional stops for re fuelling, regrouping and breaks every 1 hour in the trip and will arrive at Portland approx around 3:30pm and meet with the other group at Econo Hotel Portland where both groups will be doing their check ins into the hotels unless you choose to stay in other hotel.

The groups will then all meet up together at the Hotels restaurant at 5pm for dinner and drinks where we will all meet with each other and have a good time for the rest of the night.

We will all check out of the hotels on 6th by 9:30am sharp and meet up at the famous Portland Car museum where we will have a look at the car museum and have our Show n Shine there as well.

The SA group will pick the best Victorian car and Victorian group will select the best SA car at this show n’ shine and issue the cruise trophy’s

Once the trophy are exchanged both groups will make their return cruise at approximately 1pm and with occasional stops arrive back home around 7pm.

Rules:

Our group gathering will make a major attraction impact during this fathers day weekend at Portland specially at the museums Show n’ Shine where all the citizens of This small town will gather around to check out our pride joys so the best behaviour of all our members is highly advised so we can leave a descent mark on this small community and be welcome there better year after year to come.

Important:

-Museum entrance is $6 per person.

-We attend to stay at Econo Hotel Portland where we will have our dinner gathering together but if you prefer any other hotel you are welcome to do so.

All hotel bookings are to be made prior to August and bookings are your responsibility together with check ins and check outs so please insure that you book on time if you can although there are plenty more hotels and motor inns that you should be able to check in on this day hopefully.

We will provide you with a fuel stations details where you can fuel up during the cruise and we will make sure that they supply E85 as well so please stay tuned while we do the research for you on that.
