Thanks to Driving Solutions and Royal Purple Australia the stage will be once again set for the ultimate test of driving skill between NSW's finest and the motoring public. 2019s event saw the Police take a convincing 77 out of 98 match ups.
The goal of Beat the Blue is to encourage safer driving choices but helping to facilitate safe events where enthusiast can safely and responsibly enjoy their vehicles.
The main event will showcase 98 members of the public putting their driving skills to the test against Traffic and Highway Patrol officers, with all money raised going to NSW Police Legacy. The event includes an extensive show and shine, trade stands, food trucks, raffle and demonstrations from other specialists units.
Entry for the driving and show and shine components of the event are by EOI, which will open shortly. Drivers must hold a minimum of a P1 licence and have a safe and roadworthy vehicle. As the event is held at Sydney Motorsport Park, vehicles are not required to be registered but must meet minimum safety requirements.
