Cancellation of the Conrodders 13th North Coast Campout Easter 2020

At our North Coast Campout Committee meeting last night (Wednesday 18 March), the impact of COVID-19 on 13th North Coast Campout, to be held over Easter 2020 was discussed at length. Regretfully the Committee Members unanimously voted to cancel the event for this year.

At this point we would like to thank our Conrodders Hot Rod and Customs Hervey Bay Inc members, valued sponsors, and supporters for their patience and understanding. The conditions around the COVID-19 situation are rapidly changing and we are definitely in uncharted waters.

This is disappointing for the Conrodders Hot Rod and Customs Hervey Bay Inc however we must put the safety of our members and the general public first. We would like to reiterate the importance of being vigilant with the processes set out by the health authorities regarding hygiene, social distancing and self isolation.

Our Committee members understand there will potential financial impacts of COVID-19 and implications to all businesses in the forthcoming weeks and months and we will work with our Sponsors and Supporters regarding the current 2020 Sponsorship arrangements for what impacts they maybe for 2021 following the cancellation of our event.

The 13th North Coast Campout be back on, bigger and better in 2021 and we would appreciate your ongoing valued support.
