BBQ provided, Happy Hour 6-7pm (BYO after7pm)
Saturday 23 November:
8am -9:30am Bacon & eggs, cereal & toast brekky at the Caravan Park
8am – 10am Registration at the Caravan Park
11am Poker/Observation Run commencing from Caravan Park. Cruise concludes at Ballarat Road Rodders Clubrooms. (Ballarat Airport)
Hot Dog Lunch, Activities & Games @ Clubrooms.
5:30pm – 7:30pm Optional Dinner at The Golf House Hotel, 902 Doveton Street, North Ballarat. (Meal vouchers can be purchased on your entry form). Free Shuttle Bus running from Big 4 Holiday Park.
7:30pm-Late Bowling at Ballarat Temping Bowling, 901 Doveton Street, North Ballarat. Raffle and Tropy Presentation. Kids colouring Competition.
Free Shuttle Bus to and from Big 4 Holiday Park.
Sunday 24 November:

Car display at Springfest (Lake Wendouree)
Cars in by 9.30am. Live Band, Dance Floor, Trade Stands.
12pm Trophy Presentations.
Can participate in the Grand Parade around the lake @ 1.00.pm. This concludes our event.
