Meet at BP Truckstop at Chevellum (NorthboundBP) carpark in Sunshine Coast at 12.45 for 1.00pm for departure to cruise through to beautiful Hervey Bay. We are leaving earlier so we don’t hit the dusk insect brigade ? like previous years

Those who can not meet this departure time may need to confer with other travellers to arrange your own suitable times to travel up

There has been a bulk booking ....13 rooms .....made at Kondarri Hotel for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.

We are on a special rate so you need to refer to the Torana Club when making the booking. The reserved 13 bays are undercover and most rooms have been pre-booked already by Financial Club Members....so if your coming for the 3 nights ..... ring and book now so as not to miss out 07 4125 5477 Kondarri Hotel

If you miss out on the Kondarri booking you will need to make your own arrangements....rooms will not be held for 1 or 2 nights only as this is a popular event with up too 700 cars attending at some stage over the long Labour Day weekend

The details for the 3 days are in the attached link. NB: you don’t have to attend all of the Wide Bay Rodgers events so you do not have to pay the prescribed fees if you don’t want to attend the prearranged breakfasts etc

Generally as a club we attend the Cruising the Nard event and the car show on the Sunday and cruise home on the Monday
