Australian 1000 - Round 1 (Wakefield 300) (NSW)

The opening round of the Australian 1000 will be held at Wakefield park on 21st-23rd February.
Saturday
2 x Practice Sessions
Qualifying - 3 sessions, no refuelling, no tyre changes... back to back qualifying.
1 x 25 min Qualifying Session (100% of competitors)
1 x 15 min Qualifying Session (Top 60% of competitors)
1 x 10 min Qualifying Session (Top 20% of competitors)
Sunday
1 x 15 min Warm up
1 x 14 Lap sprint Race (30.8km)
1 x 137 Lap Endurance Race (301.4km)
The first stint of the Australian 1000 will see us complete 332.2km at the nationals spectator track, Wakefield Park.
