It's about that time of year again, where we start thinking about pulling off the car cover, checking spark plugs, and making sure the fuel hasn't gone stale over the summer months!
Yes, everybody! 7's day is back for 2020!
It's been a pretty ordinary year so far with drought, fires, storms and now COVID 19 putting an end to a lot of activities and events that we would normally be attending.
As long as we observe social distancing, and seeing as our cars are essentially 2 seaters, I think it's still a great excuse to get out for a cruise!
It'll be a bit different this year with the 7th falling on a Monday, so I propose that we go for a cruise on Sunday the 6th.
Staying with the mountain theme we have had for the past two years, this years cruise will start at Poppy's Cafe at the War Memorial at the base of Mount Ainslie, I hear they have good coffee.
We'll be ending our cruise at the Cotter. There was some talk last year about having a BBQ at the end, as long as the restrictions have lifted we'll go ahead with that and I'll keep you all updated via the page.
Please remember to clear out your ashtrays and coin jars, we will have the bucket again this year being passed around for Menslink, let's try to beat last year's fundraising effort of $110
