Lakeside Park

The Chrome Bar Bonanza at Lakeside Park is open to all vehicles originally built with chrome bars. It doesn't matter if they have been removed or painted over! With over three (3) hours of cruising throughout the day, Show n' Shine, 1/8th mile drags and entertainment it's a great day out!

Vehicle Qualification

As the name suggests all vehicles originally built with chrome bars are able to participate in the Chrome Bar Bonanza days at Lakeside Park. If yours doesn't qualify check out the other theme day events.

Track Action runs on a first in first served policy. There is no pre-entry for display cars, unless you have booked a VIP package!

Spectator Entry

All spectators will need to purchase tickets at the gate (unless they have a VIP package). These are $10 per person. Please have your cash or card ready to avoid delays for others.

Show ‘n’ Shine and Cruise Tickets

Once you have entered the venue at the main gate you can chose to utilise the free spectator parking on the outside of the track. If you wish for your vehicle to participate in the days activities, if you wish for your vehicle to enter into the Show ‘n’ Shine or the Cruise Sessions please enter through the tunnel.

Track Challenge

The Track Challenge is a Rolling Drags Challenge. It costs $50 to enter and entries are limited to the first 50 received - You can pre-enter below or you can take your chance and enter on the day at the sign in container when you arrive if places are still available.

Entrants must have a RACERS Clubman licence, either single event for $30 or annual for $75.

Please note that this entry does not include gate entry.

NO PASSENGERS are allowed during this competitive event.

All drivers must have a current driver’s license, and be 18yrs or older (no learners permits)

Enclosed footwear is required

AUS/NZ safety standards helmet

All vehicles must not exceed 95DB

NO STATIC or FOOT-ON BURNOUTS ALLOWED

A 10km per hour pit lane speed limit must be observed

Drivers to attend the briefing session – Time will be advised

Zero blood alcohol

No getting out of the car whilst on track

No vehicles over the 3 tonne track weight limit
