Stomper 1/8th Mile Celebration
Willowbank Raceway is excited to host 3 Eighth mile events with the last one on September 3, being the annual Stomper 1/8th mile Celebration. Set aside Sunday March 20, July 3 and Saturday the 3rd of September 2022 in your calendar.
The first two dates will feature 1/8th mile drag racing with a car and Hot Rod show and shine.
Saturday 3rd September, with the blessing of the Winterburn family, this annual event will see a coming together of the drag racing and hot rod community to remember and celebrate the legacy of Stomper. This event will be a festive occasion featuring activities such as 1/8th mile drag racing, car and hot rod show, live music and what Stomper enjoyed most … partying! Be prepared to have lots of fun and celebrate all things that Stomper held near and dear. After the racing activities conclude, a live band will play on into the night so camping will be available for anyone who wishes to stay at the raceway for the evening.
