Family Friendly 2 DAY SHOW! + Friday Saturday Night Camping. (NO Sunday night camping)

Entrants - $160

Entry includes Show 'n' Shine, Go-to-Whoa, Burnouts, Grass Events, Most Donuts in 30 seconds, Camping T-Shirt.

Passengers - $100 (NO driving of Vehicle, NO T-Shirt camping not included)

Show 'n' Shine - $80 (NO T-Shirt, NO Driving Events camping not included)

CAMPING PASS to be purchased in addition to General Admission.

CHILDREN 15YRS AND UNDER CAMP FREE with Paying Adult.

(unpowered campsites, shower and toilet facilities available)

FRIDAY - Gates will open for Entrants and Campers Friday 26th January at 12 pm.

Scrutineering to finish approx 9pm.

SATURDAY - Gates open to all from 5am.

Show 'n' Shine to be on display by 8am, Go-to-Whoa and Burnout Eliminations to follow.

BAR open from midday

SATURDAY NIGHT - Mechanical Bucking Bull, Music, Fireworks Display

SUNDAY - Grass Events from 8am, followed by TOP TEN Burnouts, Most Donuts in 30 seconds and Presentation.

No Camping Available Sunday Night.

A variety of food and tradestands will be available to purchase from at the show at reasonable prices.

BYO Food and Drinks Welcome.

NO GLASS will be permitted at the show.

NO ALCOHOL can be brought into the complex

NO PETS allowed on premises

The RKSMC committee reserves the right to inspect vehicles and eskies.

Entrant Number Burnout Timeslot will be sent 1 week prior to event.

ENTRANT INFORMATION, Scrutineering Rules Checklist

ONLY ONE CAR ENTRY PER TRANSACTION!

ONE PERSON MAY NOT PAY MULTIPLE ENTRIES ON A SINGLE CAR.

2ND DRIVERS ARE CLASSED AS A NEW ENTRANT.

If car has 2 or more drivers, you must email us the Booking ID numbers so we can separate the entries in timeslots.

When entering, please be sure to select the correct category.

If you wish to enter driving events, but not Burnouts, please make sure you read the details.

DRIVER PASSENGER

- Must have CURRENT LICENSE (must be able to show on demand) - Long Sleeves (in all driving events)

- Long Pants (in all driving events) - Closed in shoes (in all driving events)

- Satisfactory Australian approved helmet - PASSENGER must have I.D. available on demand

VEHICLE

Mounted Fire Extinguisher

360° tail shaft loop or centre bearing

Exhaust must either exit to the side or rear of car. If exhaust finishes under the car, they must be at a 45 degree angle to the ground.

Zoomies or headers must exit to the side of the vehicle

Vehicles with zoomies or very short exhausts to have cross bolts at the exit of exhaust.

Secured Battery

Secured throttle return spring

NO wheels weights for burnouts

NO ALLOY RIMS for burnouts, steel rims only.

Blowers MUST have blower guard

NO rust

Unregistered Vehicles must be able to pass a vehicle inspection.

NO hub caps/dress rims in driving events

Bonnets can be removed, but mechanical fans must have fan shroud

ALL CARS MUST BE CLEAN, TIDY AND RESPECTFUL!

This is a Street Machine and Hot Rod Show

NO ALCOHOL, NO GLASS BOTTLES, NO ANIMALS OR PETS ALLOWED

NO UNREGISTERED MOTORISED VEHICLES ALLOWED (bikes, scooters etc)

ALL VEHICLE ENTRIES WILL BE AT THE DISCRETION OF SCRUTINEERS!

VEHICLES MUST BE READY FOR SCRUTINEERING AT TIME OF ARRIVAL.

VEHICLES NOT COMPLYING WITH ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS, WILL FAIL A SCRUTINEERING INSPECTION, THEREFORE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

NO REFUNDS OR CHANGE OF MIND ENTRIES.

NO SWAPPING OF ENTRIES WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF SHOW OR ON THE DAY.

Vehicles must NOT be changed after scrutineering.
