TIMELINE:

6am - Gate 1 opens for Swap Meet stall holders

6am - Gate 2 opens for Food Vendors

7.30am - Gate 2 opens for general public on foot only

7.30am - Gate 3 opens for Show Cars

12pm- Judging and awards

AFTER 1pm - Show cars may leave

ENTRY

PLEASE NOTE - Show cars will not be allowed to leave early once they have entered, due to safety reasons the gates will re-open at 1pm for show cars to leave.

Entry for show cars and swap meet stall holders is on first come first serve basis on the day. Food vendors need do pre book by calling David Panther on 0428 625 427.

There will be 2 entry lines, one for pay on the day and an express lane for pre-paid tickets. Pre-Pay for express lane:

General public don't need to pre-book, Just come in Via gate 2 on foot please.

PRICES:

$10 show car and driver

$10 additional adult passengers

$5 to enter your car for judging

$20 swap meet lot with vehicle and driver

$10 each additional lot

$10 each additional adult

$10 general entry per adult

Children are free

No parking for general public onsite.
