We will have vehicle judging some other competitions happening on the day as well as prizes to be won. The Miles Golf Club will be providing food the bar will be open for drinks on the day. The Donut Hole Ludwig Will Specialty Coffee will be onsite to provide your donut coffee needs!

Market stalls are welcome and if you have any enquires please feel free to get in contact! Market stalls do not need prior approval and can just turn up on the day.

Food vans/stalls MUST have event organisers approval. If you turn up on the day without contacting us and being approved first you will be turned away.

Social distancing must be adhered and if you are showing any symptoms or feeling unwell please DO NOT enter the venue. Sanitising stations will be set up around the venue for public use.

**ATTENTION: I would also like to make sure that everyone is aware that the touching of the vehicles is strictly NOT ALLOWED at this event. Unless you own the vehicle or have permission directly from the owner DO NOT touch the vehicle. This includes children so please be aware of what your children are doing at all times and ensure they are not touching vehicles. PLEASE also be aware if you are carrying a bag/backpack or anything similar to be aware that it is not touching the vehicles! The vehicles on display are the pride joys of our region and we do not want any damage to come to them due to people not being aware of their belongs scratching vehicles. Our volunteers will be keeping an eye on this and may give warnings or ask you to move away from the vehicles if the behaviour continues.
