The first Motive Video End of Month Meet, powered by Tuned. and Sydney Dragway, was a smash hit. Some of the best cars in Sydney turned up and the event sold out.

It is a place to park and up and socialise with your car in a private, safe and legal location.

We also have music, food trucks, traders and Motive Video will be filming and providing coverage of the event. We will also be doing some live photoshoots and we will have trophies to give out at each event.

Each month we will also have a theme, and cars in that theme will get prime parking on the Motive Video stand and there will be a trophy specific to that theme. This month's theme is Evo vs WRX. If you have an Evo or WRX you think is worthy of being in the Showcase, PM our page with pictures (after you've secured a ticket)

Cost is $20 for car/driver and $10 for passengers.

This is a COVID Safe event with a maximum capacity of 500. All tickets MUST be purchased online so we can have attendees details. There will be strictly no tickets at the gate. Cars will be parked 1.5 meters apart and we encourage everyone to stick to the 1.5m distancing rule.

We will have sanitiser at all trader and food outlets and in the restrooms. Face masks will also be available.

Please note it is first in, best dressed, for tickets with a total of 500 people allowed inside the venue in total. We have capped passenger at 250 at this stage, to allow 250 cars to enter the event. As we prioritise people being able to bring their cars and also as part of our COVID safety plan, all patrons must be 17 and over to attend.

Please not that abusive or hoon behaviour will not be tolerated. A staff member will be at the exit recording all cars leave. Footage of any hoon behaviour will be given to police. The person in a high vis vest with a camera is NOT filming you to encourage you. The footage is evidence so we can ban people from the track and report them to police. Also note we have every car's driver's license details.
