The idea of the tours is to involve as many as possible of our clubs and their members. The tours will all have the same basic format and will provide the opportunity for members to enjoy meeting and touring with members of other clubs while at the same time giving us the opportunity to update clubs on matters relating to our Conditional Registration schemes. We will be visiting many of the more remote clubs that rarely have the opportunity to attend our regular meetings.

The key elements of the tours are:

– Tag-along concept allows individual members to join and leave the tour at any point.

– At every overnight stop there will be a QA session to bring everyone up to date.

– Several Committee members will be making the complete tour.

– Local clubs will be asked to involve at all points along the way.

– Special events and tours will be incorporated wherever possible.

– Overnight accommodation is to be booked and paid for by individual participants.
