All you need is
* A mechanically sound vehicle
* Long pants and long sleeve shirt
* Closed in shoes
* An approved helmet
* A current drivers licence
* Bike riders need motorcycle gloves.
Office opens for entrants 5 - 7pm
Scrutineering from 5 - 7pm
Racing from 6 - 10 pm.

SPECTATOR ADMISSION - from 5pm
Adults : $10- Members : $5
Children: $10- (13 to 16 years old)
Children: Free- (under 13 with an accompanying adult)
**PARKING IS IN THE SPECTATORS CARPARK TO THE IMMEDIATE RIGHT OF THE MAIN GATE.

Full Bar & Catering on site, NO GLASS OR ESKYS PLEASE!!!
***CQDRA has a licenced drinking area. Anyone bringing alcohol onto the grounds, taking outside alcohol into the licenced area, or consuming alcohol outside the licenced area during racing, will be required to leave the grounds***

RACER NOMINATION
Gate entry $10 plus $50 to race plus $15 for ANDRA day licence.

Gate entry will no longer be refunded to drivers on Friday nights.
Speed up the paper work by completing your nomination form before you get to the track. Download a nomination form, or ESP form (for ANDRA Licence Holders) at www.benarabyraceway.com

**Application for PASSENGER RUNS must be received by CQDRA a minimum 2 weeks/14 days prior to the event. Email your written request, with a completed racer nomination form for driver and passenger to nominations@benarabyraceway.com

NO GLASS, ESKYS, OR ANIMALS ALLOWED AT THE RACEWAY!
ANYONE FOUND DRINKING IN THE PIT AREA DURING RACING, WILL BE DISQUALIFIED & REMOVED FROM THE GROUNDS!
ALL FIRES MUST BE CONTAINED & ARE NOT ALLOWED UNTIL AFTER RACING!
