Covid-19 "UPDATE"

We have unfortunately seen so many events cancelled due to the outbreak of the "Covid-19 Virus" which combined with the effect of governmental announcements has a lot of us confused as to what entertainment may be available over the next few weeks...

The Rebels Car Club would like to announce that we will be pushing through and going ahead with our upcoming Saturday Meetup to be held at the Beenleigh Tavern on the 28th March (please see events for details)

I have spoken closely with the Manager for the venue and following strong consideration... We would like to assure all followers of this great event that it will be going ahead and will be managed within compliance of regulatory guidelines

There has been a lot of consideration involved to ensure the event will be safe for all... The Venue has the capacity to hold 100 x persons within 3 separate indoor areas (300 total) and 500 followers in an outdoor environment. Which is a lot greater numbers than we usually bring to the event!

We have also considered that our attendance will more than likely be tamed by the current guidelines so we are more than happy to announce the expected attendance to be around 100 Cars with the ability to safely accommodate everyone who is interested

We will suspend the kids Jumping Castle for obvious reasons and simply ask that all followers of this great night out to follow normal procedure as they would with any flu ;)

We will be working closely with the venue over the next week and provide any updates shall the governmental guidelines be changed in the near future

The Rebels Car Club's Monthly Meet Up has been refreshed and rescheduled from Friday evenings to Saturday Afternoons... ASRF "Travel Permitted" TC 247-01-2020

This allows our followers a more convenient time to come down and enjoy the event ;)

Still as great as ever and now providing trophy and $100 cash prize for car of the day!

The event runs from 3.00pm (come when you can) we will still be running our usual raffles and family entertainment with the jumping castle for the tin lids! Judging will be completed at 5.30 and 1st prize presentation will be around 6.00pm
