Every year since 2017; SA-based motoring lifestyle brand Slowlife has hosted an annual celebration of South Australian motoring with the aim to present an unmatched atmosphere of automotive euphoria. ‘SlowCase’ is our flagship event, and truly highlights what it means to be a South Australian motoring enthusiast by bringing together friends and families in a festive and decadent environment to share their passion for cars, motorcycles, and all that sits between!

The 2020 event, sponsored by Shannons, will see SA’s motoring community return to the prestigious Leconfield & Richard Hamilton Wines; nestled in the iconic South Australian wine region of McLaren Vale. The event’s centrepiece, a Concours D’Elegance inspired show & shine, will bask in a summer vineyard sunset, and features an assortment of cars and motorcycles from all decades and corners of the globe. A panel of hand-picked, professional judges will determine class winners; with numerous trophies and awards available.

The picturesque vineyard backdrop provides an incredible opportunity to capture images of your vehicle(s), and the Slowlife media team will be working tirelessly alongside special guest photographers to deliver the highest calibre of post-event media coverage. The extensive ground of Leconfield Wines offers us plentiful space to feature ALL makes and models of car or motorcycle, and we strongly encourage anybody and EVERYBODY to register their vehicle(s) for the coveted 2020 event.

Both individual enthusiasts and car clubs are integral to the SA motoring community, and SlowCase pays homage to the culture which we have created in a state built on automotive industry and manufacturing. We invite ALL enthusiasts and clubs to partake; with club display opportunities encouraged.

The event will feature not only a car show – SlowCase features a range of activities to provide entertainment and retail experiences for the community as they admire local and special guest vehicles. Experiences include:
- A sunset marketplace
- Special guest vehicles & speakers
- Wine tasting masterclasses
- Gourmet food selections & platters
- Live product demonstrations & vehicle start-ups
- Local motorsport vehicles & drivers
- Kids’ activities & entertainment
- Charity auction (TBC)

The 2020 event will commence at 4PM on Saturday, January 11 2020 and will conclude at 8PM when we host, for the first time, an exclusive event afterparty on the lawn of Leconfield Wines where entrants and spectators will be treated to live music, gourmet food options and motoring-themed entertainment in a united annual celebration of proud SA motoring culture. ENTRANTS:
Vehicle registration is now open. All pre-registered entrants receive a personalised welcome pack via mail (posted at the end of each month) including an entrant-only souvenir, welcome letter and collectable invitation. Entry cost is $25.00 per vehicle.
