BREAKING: Considering the evolving COVID-19 situation in the Greater Sydney region, it has been decided to postpone the 2021 Rylstone Classic, currently scheduled for August 21-22.

The new date for our 2021 event will be November 13-14.

Given the scale of case numbers, the extent of lockdowns and the restrictions projected to move well into August – along with the obvious health and safety risks posed by maintaining the August event date - the decision to postpone is the only logical path forward.

Whereas in 2020 we cancelled the event due to extreme uncertainty, we hope that the trajectory for New South Wales is one that will see us safely execute the event later in the year.

Businesses in the Rylstone and Kandos region were advised last week of impending changes and requested to transfer all bookings for accommodation and meals to the new date in November.

We strongly recommend reaching out to confirm your bookings.

We also recognise that this new date may not be suitable for all registrants and we kindly request you advise if you will not be attending in 2021. Further confirmation processes will occur over the coming months to ensure we comply with record keeping requirements.

So, it is with a heavy heart that we bid goodbye to August, but we turn our focus towards coming together safely in November.

Welcome to the 10th anniversary of the Rylstone Classic. This FREE two-day event is for Mini owners and enthusiasts with other classic vehicles accepted upon application. The 2021 Rylstone Classic encompasses a range of novelty activities and will be conducted at a leisurely pace, befitting the vintage of our vehicles.

With an overnight stay in wine country, the Rylstone Classic has grown over the past ten years to become one of Australia's marquee events for Mini enthusiasts, and one of the largest gatherings of Classic Minis in the Southern Hemisphere.
