The Formal Project Minto Mall are holding a Car Bike Social Night, to raise awareness to 'The Formal Project'. This carpark social gathering will be held in the Minto Mall carpark from 5:00pm until 8:00pm, on Thursday the 28th September 2023.

This is a no cost social event, but it would be encouraged if people could make a voluntary CASH donation to The Formal Project, as they continue to raise funds to pay for services like haircuts, shaves, makeup supplies, etc for disadvantaged kids going to their end of year Formals / Graduations. Additionally, if you have any unused Formal attire, and would be willing to donate that to The Formal Project for kids to be able to use, then please also bring them along to donate.

This event is about raising awareness to an amazing Community initiative, with excellent support of the Community, and as such, we ask that everyone drive and ride respectfully, park up and have an amazingly good time.

Show / Display Cars and bikes are asked to park up on the right side of the Southern end carpark, with access via Ben Lomond Road. For the spectators, please park your regular vehicles further left, in regular parking spaces.

If we can get responses from people who will attend with their vehicles, please indicate that you are coming, and with the amazing support of Minto Mall, they will seek to partition off a sufficient number of parking spaces for the display vehicles.

Minto Mall has a range of food retailers for you to choose from, so also bring your appetite with you.
