This car sat rusting in a paddock for 35 years and was going to be cut up for scrap when we managed to save it, everyone said it was too far gone but it was all we could afford to buy, it took 18 months to restore it, every piece including paint, body, upulstry, and mehanicals was done at home in a backyard shed. <br>The engine is the 179 we found with it and its bored out to 186 with a mild cam, high comp ported head and twin X2 carbies, transmision is a T700 4 speed overdrive with lockup convertor.
