Last night I had a quick look at the Yarra Valley Eastern Cruisers 2nd meetup at the Manhattan Hotel/Dan Murphy’s car park in Ringwood. 

This group had quickly grown to over 600 members in a short time and I’m sure will continue to grow in 2021 as the car scene gets back to normal. 

A pretty big turnout of cars. Lots of muscle. Some Aussie classics. Chrome bumpers from the 50s right up to more modern plastic. All were interesting and loved by their owners. 

It’s passion and variety at events like this that makes them successful. And I think this event has both. 

Unfortunately I didn’t have time to continue the cruise to Saki Souvlaki in Cheltenham and then on to Station Pier, but plenty did, and it was quite a sight seeing so many awesome classics lined up about to turn onto Eastlink for the cruise. Hopefully I’ll participate next time. 

Hope to see this one flourish in 2021 as we find a Covid normal and can enjoy nights like this more often.
