Last Saturday I had the pleasure of tagging along with the Majestic Vanners Victorian Chapter for a club run from Yea to Eildon.
There’s something fun about driving old cars that’s hard to explain but that is amplified when you get in a convoy with friends all driving similar vehicles. I’ve done it many times in my Plymouth.
This group have a passion for panel vans. The classic Aussie freedom machine is the Sandman. And there were plenty to see. But also some other rare vans joined the group. As well as a sweet Gemini coupe and us in Amanda’s Suzuki Mighty Boy.
We met in Yea and drove through Alexandra. A few stops along the way for some picturesque photo ops and a great lunch at the Eildon Boat Club.
Thanks to Bret and Julie for the invite and the friendship.
Plymouth Dale.
