Yea Cruise Night - October 14th, 2023

Season 3 of Yea Cruise Night kicked off last Saturday and despite some rather average weather forecasts, the rain held if and there was even a few glimpses of sunshine late in the afternoon. 

The turnout of visitors and vehicles was impressive nonetheless and everyone seemed to be enjoying another great social evening in town. 

A few changes from last season were a partial road closure for greater pedestrian safety and a sound system/PA setup which added to the ambience of the evening with some cool rockabilly playing. 

Local CFA were in attendance with a fundraiser sausage sizzle and all the other eateries in town were working flat out. 

Three goodie bags were awarded to some lucky attendees with some merchandise and gifts from local businesses. 

The sponsorship drive by YCN has obviously helped with the success and the continued longevity of the event.
