◾️Name of owner – Roy Simpson

◾️Car make and model – 1950 Ford Single Spinner

◾️When did you get the car/how long have you had it? 

I’ve had the car just over 3 years.

◾️Why do you love your car?

I love the 50s and of course the front and all that chrome is beautiful.

◾️Does the car have a name and why?

I named the car after my nan, old Rosie.

◾️What restoration/modifications have been performed on the car? 

The car has had the whole front end rebuilt. It’s running disc brakes on the front and coconuts on the rear, white walls 14 inch front, 15 inch rear. All of the engine has also been rebuilt. The engine is a 302 Ford 40 thou over, it has had I semi mild Clive cam with a .293 lift made for it just a little lumpy. Flow through exhaust twin system. The car has been lowered, with new springs, shockers and bushes. New front original seat and upholstery done.

I drive the old girl as much as I can

HT Holden, Fairlane.

1968 Toyota Crown.
