I first met Helen when we connected in Melbourne’s Forward Look MoPar scene  after I bought my own Plymouth. It’s fun cruising to shows in our red Plymouth’s in convoy! 

We both have a love of the movie “Christine” and although her car is technically a ‘57 model, she’s brought it up to ‘58 specs as a Christine clone. 

As you can see by the pics, her car is a stunner.

2013 (7 years)

◾️Why do you love your car?

Love it because it turns heads, I like the sleek look of a coupe. LHD is fun .

◾️Does the car have a name and why?

Her name is Ruby (ruby red) 

◾️What restoration/modifications have been performed on the car? 

Restoration/improvements include…Accessory bumper wings, trunk letters, full bumpers chromed, front fender spears, sport tone side trim, new radial whitewall tyres, rear fender stone guards.

Changed a few bits to a 1958 Plymouth from a 1957. Still a few bits to go but finding parts is the problem. 

◾️How often do you drive your car? 

I drive it when time and weather permits.

◾️Have you always been into cars, and if so what other cars have you had? 

We've had a 1960 Dodge Phoenix, a 1957 Plymouth Belvedere 4 door sedan and we now also have another 1960 red Dodge Phoenix. 

◾️What was your first car? 

1st car I had was an LE COROLLA coupe 71 model.
