Ford Motor Company in the 50s!!

After the groundbreaking post war ‘49 Ford hit the showrooms, the fortunes of FoMoCo started to skyrocket, which produced a golden era of some of the most important and beautiful vehicles ever designed. Think Thunderbird. Think Continental Mark II. 

And  it was also the era that produced perhaps the biggest lemon in history. Think Edsel! 

It was a decade of ups and downs for Ford!! 

Here’s a few pics I’ve shot recently highlighting the ups and downs of Ford in the 50s.
