Australian National Show & Shine, Euroa, Victoria - 2/10/22

After a few years interrupted by Covid restrictions, The Australian National Show & Shine in Euroa was back on Sunday 2nd October.

I took the Plymouth for a longer drive than usual and arrived at around 9am to the beautiful township of Euroa, Victoria. 

The streets were already full of a huge and eclectic mix of amazing cars and motorbikes. Streets vendors were trading. Bands were playing.

Recent winter rains meant the venue was slightly altered from the magnificent parkland along the Seven Creeks to the paved streets of Euroa so as to avoid damage to the park. This change meant the local shops and cafes etc were in the middle of all the action. And they all appeared to be making the most of this fact.

Fortunately the weather was perfect for the event and the organisers did a great job of getting everyone into position for the day.

Quite a number of car clubs were allocated space to park together which is always a great spectacle. 

5 bands, 3 youth bands, trophy presentations, a fashion parade, mini train ride and pet zoo, Army vehicles, car wrap demonstration….something for everyone!! 

I’m glad I was able to be a part of it and look forward to attending again in 2023.
